We're looking for a rising junior team with a year or two under their belts. Hungry to step things up and eager to create famous work, they’ll be driven, energetic and conceptually bold.

Insightful thinkers, the team should consist of a strong writer and talented art director (ideally someone with impressive scamping skills). Our flagship account demands a satirical tone and the pair’s book needs to demonstrate an intelligent sense of humour.

Able to think across the marketing mix, the team should be social media natives, a pair who can deliver great work online. This channel hasn’t been a big focus for us historically. But it’s an area we want to grow into.

Celebrating 30 years as lead agency for one of the world’s best-loved brands, we’re adland’s best-kept secret. But that’s about to change.

On a mission to grow our business, there’s a big few years ahead. And, as the London office of a privately owned international network, we have the free rein to do it our way.

What drives us is creating brilliant work, for brands that shake things up. But we won’t sell out to make it happen. We’re a small, friendly team that believes everyone plays a part in the creative process. There are no egos or politics here and we want to keep it that way!

2017 is a big year for the agency. We're expanding the team and making a new business push. It means opportunities for career progression are there for the taking and are only limited by the team’s own ambition.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting advertising and branding projects for the UK and international markets. As well as developing your own skills with the backing and support of our close knit creative team.

Think this opportunity excites you?… then send us an e-mail with:
— Your CV and a short paragraph to introduce yourself

This is the second time our favourite brewers have teamed up with Tom, their award winning Smoked Brown Ale has long been a part of his tasting menu. The Kastner crew are seriously looking forward to trying out their latest creation.

A barbershop in Spain, a classic car showroom in Los Angeles and an urban streetwear brand in London all have an unusual connection. These burgeoning businesses are managed by independent advertising agency Kastner & Partners.

Johannes Kastner, who founded the agency in Austria in 1985, challenged staffers about six years ago to set up separate businesses in each office. The idea was that the new businesses would be something the office was passionate about and wanted to invest time and energy in. Each offshoot has a P&L that is separate from that of the individual office.

"Entrepreneurial spirit is what we live on at Kastner," said Brandon Rochon, chief creative officer at the agency, which helped launch Red Bull in 1987 and still works with the energy drink brand today.

Recent advertising graduate Ben Moon landed a month long placement at Kastner & Partners in London after winning his own space race at Birmingham City University’s annual awards ceremony.

Ben scooped the K&P sponsored award and made the giant leap down to the capital to spend four weeks with us, working within our creative department. He was a pleasure to have around and we hope he’s enjoyed his first taste of advertising.

We all wish him the very best for the next phase of his career journey. After all, the moon needs a day job, right Ben?
